If you have miscarried, is your first period late or on time??  How late is too late?? When would you need to see dr??  I am a week late, have been cramping the whole week, but nothing,  I have had this before where I cramp for a week before my period is due.  (Side note, not pregnant here.)

Thanks everyone!

I think it varies. My first miscarriage it took five weeks. For my second it was four weeks. My ectopic I bled for almost 50 days. Then, I had a period two weeks after I stop. My RE said it could take up to six weeks to get period back.

Thanks for responding.  This gives me some idea of time frame.  I just hope I don't have to put up with these cramps that long. LOL... No grumbling here!! LOL

I had a missed miscarriage....and a D&C. It took 7 weeks for my period to come back. I hope you get your period soon! It felt for me like life was getting back to some kind of normal once that happened. Take care!

Yes, I feel the same way, once I get it it will be like my life has returned to normal you could say.  The other factor is we moved Saturday and it was a stressful week.  Generally when I am stressed, it shows up, lol.  We will see, I just want it to come and the cramps to be done!!!

Thanks Jackie!
